What to do if you are missing parts

We're sorry to hear you're missing parts, but we can work with the manufacturer to provide excellent product support and warranty.

Check carefully first.
Check if the parts are in a different bag than you expected. Or if you made assembly errors that resulted in the pieces already being used. Sometimes small pieces hide in the corner of a bag or box.
Check against the parts list in the manual.
Record the information.
The kit number (found on the box and in the manual).
The part number(s) (often found in the manual with the parts list at the back).
The number of missing parts.
If possible, include photos of the box, manual, and the missing pieces in your item.
