Orders containing items in stock are shipped within 1 working day.
For orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg, a delivery time of approximately 1 working day after dispatch generally applies. For other European destinations, delivery may take 1 to 3 working days longer, depending on the distance.
In principle, the same transit times apply to pallet shipments. Due to the extra processing and handling, the shipment of a pallet can generally take 1 working day longer.
We try to pack our orders as efficiently and environmentally consciously as possible. In doing so, we aim to use as little packaging material as possible and choose recyclable materials where possible.
By packing products as compactly as possible, we limit the volume of the shipment. This allows us not only to reduce packaging and transport costs but also to keep transport CO₂ emissions as low as possible.
We primarily use cardboard shipping packaging. To the extent that the required strength permits, these packages are manufactured from the highest possible proportion of recycled cardboard.
Return shipments are at the customer's own expense. If desired, we can create a return label for you. The costs for this will be deducted from the refund amount when the return is processed. We apply the same rate for this as for the original shipment of the order.
You can request a return label from us by quoting your order number. You will then receive the return label by email. You must print the label yourself, attach it to the original shipping box, and drop off the shipment at a suitable parcel point.
Before shipping, completely remove the old shipping label or make the old barcode illegible. This prevents the return shipment from being mis-sorted during transport.
